Peru (Medium Roast) Smooth and delicious. Notes of cocoa, cream, walnut. This brew originates in Central Peru, specifically the Chanchamayo region. The Chanchamayo province is famous for citrus production and quality coffee growing. The coffee is produced by local smallholder farmers who deliver their harvested cherry to central mills for further processing and sale. SHB means "Strictly Hard Bean" which are coffees grown at altitudes over 4000 feet (1200 meters). Elevation: 4100 to 6000 feet
Sumatra (Dark Roast): Our Sumatra Mandheling coffee has notes of Black Licorice, Dark Chocolate and Vanilla. The brew originates in North/Central Sumatra in the highlands of Bukit Barisan. The rich volcanic soil of the region contributes to the rich, heavy body that is synonymous with the best coffees of Sumatra. Elevation : 3300 to 5300 feet
Kenya (Medium Roast): Our Kenyan coffee has notes of Grapefruit, Pineapple, Tangerine and Watermelon. The brew originates in Kirinyaga County region of Kenya which is 70 miles from Nairobi. This beautiful area is known for its snow capped peaks. This coffee is a blend of various cooperatives that deliver cherry to the wet mill the same day that it is picked. Timely and selective hand picking gives this coffee its distinct clean profile. After ripe cherries are separated from ones that are under ripe and overripe, the processing uses clean water that is then recirculated prior to disposal into seepage pits. The coffee is then dried on raised beds. Elevation: 5000 to 5900 feet
Brother Andre's Blend (Full City Roast): Enjoy our delicious Medium-Dark roast house blend that features notes of cinnamon, brown sugar and chocolate. This blend is our darkest roast blend and is Colombian-based! This big bodied coffee satisfies with a tangy finish and is delicious when brewed by any method!
