Employee Recognition: Patrick Fitzgerald

Meet Patrick, our Lead Baker. Patrick is a monster in the kitchen! He hand makes all of our delicious cookies. One by one, Patrick places peanut butter chips in all of our cookies with such patience and precision - it’s amazing.

When Patrick is not busy baking at Brother Andre’s, he likes to do a variety of activities. Patrick loves to exercise and walk around North Park with his mom. Patrick is also a sports guy - he goes to Pirates' games and cheers really loud. 

Patrick’s favorite song is Be Our Guest from Beauty and the Beast. That kind of makes sense since we have lots of guests at Brother Andre’s!

Patrick loves to work at Brother Andre’s. He has big dreams for this coffee shop. Patrick wants to open a Brother Andre’s in the airport. Personally, I think that’s a great idea, but I don’t know if his dad will approve ;)
