Brother Andre’s Blend: Our signature blend, full-bodied Medium/Dark roast featuring notes of cinnamon, brown sugar, and chocolate. This blend is specifically roasted to make the perfect espresso and is used in all of our drinks in the Cafe, but it is also delicious when brewed as Drip or French Press.
Peru: Single Origin Bean, originating in Central Peru, specially the Chanchamayo province - famous for citrus production and quality coffee growing. Hints if cocoa, cream, and walnut. Elevation 4100 to 6000 feet.
Wild Goose: A smooth, yet bold Dark Roast that takes 3 of our favorite arabica regions and mixes the finest blend to enhance your coffee drinking experience! The term “Wild Goose” is an old Celtic name for the Holy Spirit.
