Mary Grace

I'd like to give a shout-out to Mary Grace. She was Support Staff at BA's Assumption and discovered us through Felicia. At this point, at least half of our Support Staff is here because of Felicia! Way to go, Felicia!

I asked Mary Grace the usual round of questions. Y'all know my first question: What's your favorite part of BA's? Y'all know the answer: the Team Members. I'm running out of ways to make this part exciting. I can't help it that we are so great!

Born in Pittsburgh, she is one of 5 children, and is right in the middle - 2 older sisters, 1 younger sister, and 1 younger brother. Mary Grace and her husband are expecting a baby girl on October 10th. Her name will be Avila Rose. YAY! We are SOOO excited for them,- I know that they will be great parents!

Mary Grace has her Masters in Social Work from Carlow University. One of her Professional goals is to get an MSL and to open her own counseling practice. Since we all could use mental health resources, I'm totally for it!

Mary Grace has many hobbies that reflect mine. She loves Art and so do I! Mary Grace is exploring using Gouache- a type of watercolor. I love using watercolors and the brightness of Gouache make me feel happy. We both want to brighten the world! Also, we both like to write. Mary Grace enjoys writing poetry and realistic fiction. I write some blogs and I am working on a children's book and a novel. The main character in both has Cerebral Palsy. I am excited to add some disability representation in literature. It seems we all still have a long, long way to go.

Mary Grace, we are so thankful that Brother Andre's was part of your journey. We wish you the very best as a Mom. We love you!
